In recruiting, more does not equal better!
It’s quite the opposite: A massive amount of candidates in the funnel is not needed to fill a single role and actually can impede successful recruiting. When you tie up capacity of the interviewing team (recruiters, interviewers & hiring managers), they can’t focus on the actual task: quickly identifying and hiring the right person.
The presentation will highlight the three major pillars that sustainably improve recruiting success:
- A well-structured recruiting process
- A focus on the right key figures - thought from end to start
- A well-trained recruiting team
Quality instead of quantity, data-driven recruiting and a strong recruiting team are the basis for successful recruiting. It does not depend on the number of applications, but on a well thought-out approach.
